From the design process with Michael who listened to what I would like and came back with that incorporated into his design and a couple of colour idea's for us to choose from right through to the finish product it was a pleasure to work with everyone involved at Craftbuilt. Once we had settled on the final design and colour Sharon the Project Manager took over communicating with us and was a pleasure to deal with, she kept me informed of everything that was happening and double checked everything along the way. There was only 1 minor hiccup, which was only a delay of 2 days and in the big scheme of things this was done during a lockdown and varying other factors I think it was a fantastic job.
